Compensation Plan

Package structure:

All the packages are achieved via purchase of the product equivalent to the denomination of the package listed below i.e START package 100$ equivalent of product purchases

Bonus structure:

A. Referral Bonus

- Paid on purchases made by personally referred distributors

- START and BUSINESS packages: 15% of the qualifying purchase

- PREMIUM and VIP packages: 20% of the qualifying purchase


B. Team Bonus (Binary Bonus)

- Calculated from the volume of the weaker leg (left/right structure)

- Paid based on the amount of PV generated

Bonus percentage depends on the distributor’s qualification level:

- START: 6% (weekly cap: $5,000)

- BUSINESS: 8% (weekly cap: $10,000)

- PREMIUM: 10% (weekly cap: $15,000)

- VIP: 12% (weekly cap: $20,000)

- Carryover volume remains on the stronger leg for future commissions


C. Leadership Bonus (Matching Bonus)

- Based on the team bonuses earned by distributors in one’s downline

Based on the Pay Rank (The Rank achieved in the current pay cycle of quarter). The qualification is considered active till the end of the next pay rank cycle (next quarter).

All rewards are granted one-time upon reaching the corresponding rank. This rank is achieved in the current pay cycle of the quarter.


E. Payout Conditions and Limits

- No bonuses are paid without identity verification (photo ID and tax ID where required)

- Team bonuses are subject to the weekly caps based on the distributor's package

- PV caps apply to START, BUSINESS, and PREMIUM packages (equal to their respective package PV value)

- Leadership bonuses require rank qualification


F. Sustainability Measures

- All bonuses are paid from the marketing fund (max $0.50 per PV)

- System mathematically limits bonus output to ensure profitability

- Binary volume is tracked continuously; inactive legs do not forfeit past PV

  • The account needs to make a purchase of and generate at least personal 1PV volume every 6 months to keep the account active

 

G. PARTIAL DEACTIVATION

If no qualifying purchase is made for six (6) months, the account may be partially deactivated.

Following partial deactivation, the Company will:

  • suspend bonuses;

  • suspend commissions;

  • stop new PV accrual;

  • restrict certain account functions.

 

H. FULL DEACTIVATION AND REACTIVATION

If no qualifying purchase is made during the next six (6) months following partial deactivation, the account may be fully deactivated.

Upon full deactivation:

  • accumulated PV will be reset to zero;

  • unpaid bonuses and commissions will be forfeited;

  • future bonus eligibility may cease;

  • the account position in the genealogy may remain inactive.

Reactivation may occur after a new qualifying purchase under then-current Company policies.

"PV" (Point Volume) refers to the internal point system used to track the value of purchases for purposes of calculating minimum order quantities, performance thresholds, and compensation. 1 PV is equivalent to 1 USD in net product value.
